The Fourth Freedom Forum

The Fourth Freedom Forum was a smaller project I got to work on with a local client. They had a prior website that hosted their information in ways that were confusing and not user friendly. In order to get funding for research projects they needed a site that could simply and professionally explain what they do while also being eye-catching enough to help them stand out from the crowd.

For the most part this was a simple brochure-style site, but they did require some intentional UX work to create a user-friendly way to filter through their research projects and publications. Users needed to be able to inclusively filter by topic, type of publication, and date range. As the user could only filter by one option from each category at a time, I elected for a simple dropdown filter design.
